What's it all about?
The Koonwarra Farmers' Market was founded in November 2000 by a network of South Gippsland growers and specialty food makers. Set in a beautiful park the monthly market has a relaxed atmosphere ideal for a picnic on the chairs and tables provided. On wet days the market uses the adjoining hall for many of the stalls, customers can be assured that the event is always held.regardless of weather.
This regional farmers market has maintained a policy of authenticity since inception, no resellers or onsellers, only the best of fresh local produce from the region. Organic and chemical free food production is actively encouraged for a sustainable farming furure
